Noah Fisher's 2023 breakout: 19 home runs, 68 RBI and a 1.218 OPS
Northern Kentucky had already seen Noah Fisher grow into an everyday infielder before 2023. His fifth year was the leap: 19 home runs and 68 RBI turned a steady college career into one of the strongest offensive seasons in the Norse record book.
Background
Fisher made the Horizon League All-Freshman Team in 2019, then established new personal bests in several categories during 2022. The following season he started all 54 games he played and hit .343 with 70 hits, 15 doubles, 66 runs and a 1.218 OPS. Northern Kentucky's season-ending notes placed his 19 homers second on the program's single-season list at that time and his 68 RBI fourth.
